Sudipto Ghosh
CEO & Director
Sudipto Ghosh is currently the CEO & Director, Eisaku Logistics Ltd. With over 20 years of experience in the logistics Industry, Sudipto has extensive knowledge across areas of Business Strategy, Marketing, Team development and Customer Management. Eisaku Logistics started its journey under his leadership in the year 2019 whereby he onboarded various prestigious customers & the business grew manifold.
During the COVID-19 pandemic phase between March 2020 till February 2022 he navigated the company through extreme crisis & various challenges and not only helped the company to stay its course but also was able to garner a steady growth. In the year 2022 he was instrumental in restructuring and developing the company from an asset light model to a hybrid model thereby formulating a healthy & a sustainable mix for long term growth. Parallelly he strategically developed the customer base in such way so as to expand the geographical reach & to position the company as a preferred Lead-Logistics service provider in the high demand North – West – South freight corridor.
Prior to Eisaku Logistics, Sudipto spent 15 years with various logistics companies such as Caparo Procam, Tata Diesl, TNT, Gati, Blue Dart in various managerial capacities. Sudipto is a Graduate in Electronics and has done his masters in MBA – Marketing & HR.

Managing Director
A distinguished and results-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) with over 17 years of comprehensive experience in financial leadership and strategic fiscal management. A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Ashish combines a robust academic background with a wealth of practical expertise in enhancing financial performance, optimizing cash flow, and spearheading budgeting and forecasting initiatives. His career is marked by a consistent track record of delivering measurable business impact through strategic financial stewardship.
In his current role as Managing Director (MD) and Co-Founder of EISAKU LOGISTICS LTD, Ashish has consistently demonstrated excellence in strategic financial oversight, making significant contributions to organizational scalability and profitability. He is known for implementing rigorous financial planning frameworks, enabling data-driven decision-making, and producing high-integrity financial reporting.
His professional journey includes pivotal roles at esteemed organizations such as CAPARO MARUTI LTD, MUSASHI AUTO PARTS PVT LTD, and PARRYWARE ROCA, where he cultivated deep domain expertise in audit, taxation, regulatory compliance, and financial governance. Adept at navigating complex financial environments, he has led cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and ensure fiscal accountability.
Ashish’s core competencies encompass financial analysis, strategic budgeting, taxation planning, liquidity and cash flow management, and high-level financial strategy development, positioning him as a transformative leader.
